Welcome to Legally Centre
How the portal is organised around JURIS (information) and JUDIS (services), with LAWYAAR as the public campaign.
Two elementary wings
JURIS serves non-participants — public visitors, patrons, and proposed parties — with universal legal and judicial information. JUDIS serves participants and members — promoters, parenting roles, and enrolled users — with interactive LAWYAAR service pathways.
Enrolment membranes
Begin at FREEDOM (first-time or return visitor), then upgrade one-up through OPEN (trainees, field forks, volunteers), DESICALL (servicing capabilities), and RIGHTS (native members). FREEDOM and OPENWORLD are the exclusive beginner domains at Legally Centre.
Privacy
Visitor locale choices stay in your browser. Enrolment responses use external intake forms. Membership credentials are never stored in public site configuration files.

What LAWYAAR means
LAWYAAR combines LAW and YAAR (friend). Public tagline: a just friend in need .... .... is best friend indeed. The acronym guides the justice-seeker journey from knowing the law to staying connected with resources and relationships.
Who it serves
Justice seekers and justice providers — private, professional, and practitioner pathways — through ticketing for logged-in users. New seekers and proposed litigant parties may be guided through internal, external, or organisational LAWYAAR services based on circumstances, with priority for weaker and deprived sections whose access to justice is regress.

JURIS · Human rights starting points
Universal Declaration of Human Rights and related global references for orientation — not case advice.
Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948)
Use the UDHR as an interpretive reference for dignity, equality, fair hearing, and remedy. Pair international principles with your country’s constitution and statutes when navigating local forums.
Country-specific libraries
Phase 1 begins with India. Global localisation expands continent by continent. Prefer official sources (constitutions, gazettes, court portals, legal-services authorities) over secondary commentary.
Citation habit
Every legal proposition on this portal should cite an official or authoritative source. Secondary materials (including encyclopaedia summaries) are context only, not primary law.
